Booking Terms & Conditions:

Thank you for your booking with us. Please take a moment to read about the points below related to all our bookings:

  • If you are an absolute beginner, we might need to teach you the proper techniques of turning the steering wheel, using a steering wheel cover that we have at the back seat of our car. 

  • At the early stage of your learning process, we might reach to put the car indicator on when needed. 

  • We might grab your steering wheel when needed. 

  • The pace of the progress in your driving lessons depends on yourself A LOT. We are following a systematic approach and sequential order of the driving techniques. If you are not competent at something, we cannot proceed to further materials. We can skip going through some of the materials if you don’t like us to go through them. You can choose to accept our proven procedure and lessons order or advise us to work on only the materials you would like. 

  • You can ask to be dropped off in a different location as long as the drop off location is within our service area. Please let us know in advance if that’s the case. And remind us again at the time of your lesson. Failing to do so, we might not be able to drop you off at your desired location. 

  • We will let you know by texting you as soon as we are at your pickup location for the driving lessons. If you don’t text us back, we will call you. If we don’t hear from you for 15 minutes from the time we have texted you, we will leave and the lesson cannot be rescheduled. 
  • Please do not shake hands with us. We won’t stretch our hands to shake hands with you and you don’t do that either. 

  • We use a tablet in all our driving lessons. Please do not touch our tablet screen. 

  • Anytime you cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth with your elbow. 

  • We clean our car’s interiors with disinfectant wipes before and after every lesson. Please don’t take it personally. This is for everyone's safety. 

  • You can cancel or reschedule your driving lesson as many times as you like, as long as it is before 24 hours to your driving lesson time. We cannot cancel or reschedule lessons within 24 hours notice of the lesson time. If you are sick, even with a simple cold or flu, please DO NOT attend your lesson and reschedule it as soon as possible. Make sure you do it with more than 24 hours notice. 

  • If you cancel your driving lesson within less than 24 hours notice, due to suspicion about Covid19, we can cancel your driving lesson but we cannot make another booking until at least 14 days later. 

  • If you attend your driving lesson when you are sick, we will cancel your lesson on the spot and cannot refund you for that lesson.

  • We can refund your lesson upon your request only if you cancel your lesson with more than 24 hours notice. 

  • When you book a lesson or any packages online, you pay a transaction fee. That fee does not go to us. If you ask for a refund, we cannot refund you the transaction fee. 

  • If we cancel your driving lesson from our side for any reason and you ask for a refund for that lesson, we will pay you the transaction fee for that lesson. 

  • We genuinely advise you if you are ready for the driving test and encourage you to book your test. 

  • We cannot guarantee your success at the driving test as we cannot control other people’s nerves and a lot of fails happen because people get nervous in their tests. However, we will teach you strategies to calm your nerves for the test. After all, we only want you to succeed at the first try. 

  • If you decide to go for your driving test before we approve your readiness for the test, you are responsible for the outcome of your test. 

  • Don’t stress over your lesson. Everything is going to be okay. Our lessons are all packed with valuable and useful information and tips for driving tests and safety on the road :)
