Booking Terms & Conditions:

Thank you for your booking with us. Please take a moment to read about the points below related to all our bookings:

• If you are an absolute beginner, we might need to teach you the proper techniques of turning the steering wheel, using a steering wheel cover that we have at the back seat of our car. 
  
  
• At the early stage of your learning process, we might reach to put the car indicator on when needed. 
  
  
• We might grab your steering wheel when needed. 
  
  
• The pace of the progress in your driving lessons depends on yourself A LOT. We are following a systematic approach and sequential order of the driving techniques. If you are not competent at something, we cannot proceed to further materials. We can skip going through some of the materials if you don’t like us to go through them. You can choose to accept our proven procedure and lessons order or advise us to work on only the materials you would like. However, if you don't follow our checklist, you will be responsible for any outcomes due to your decision.
  
  
• You can ask to be dropped off in a different location as long as the drop off location is within our service area. Please let us know in advance if that’s the case. And remind us again at the time of your lesson. Failing to do so, we might not be able to drop you off at your desired location. 
  
  
• We will let you know by texting you as soon as we are at your pickup location for the driving lessons. If you don’t text us back, we will call you. If we don’t hear from you for 15 minutes from the time we have texted you, we will leave and the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 
   
• Please do not shake hands with us. We won’t stretch our hands to shake hands with you and you don’t do that either. 
  
  
• We use a tablet in all our driving lessons. Please do not touch our tablet screen. 
  
  
• Anytime you cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth with your elbow. 
  
  
• We clean our car’s interiors with disinfectant wipes before and after every lesson. Please don’t take it personally. This is for everyone's safety. 
  
  
• You can cancel or reschedule your driving lesson as many times as you like, as long as it is before 24 hours to your driving lesson time and within 6 months from the date of your purchase. We cannot cancel or reschedule lessons within 24 hours notice of the lesson time. If you are sick, even with a simple cold or flu, please DO NOT attend your lesson and reschedule it as soon as possible. Make sure you do it with more than 24 hours notice. 
  
  
• The driving lessons and packages vouchers are valid for ONLY 6 months after the date of the purchase. If you book a lesson and cancel it, the credit for that lesson stays in your account (unless you request us to refund your payment). After 6 month from the date of your purchase, no refund will be given.

• If you are sick, you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson as soon as possible. If you wait and let us know that you are sick with less than 24 hours notice, your lesson fee will be forfeited and not refunded. That means, we cannot cancel your lesson and we cannot reschedule it to another time. You need to make a new booking and pay for it again. We cannot make another booking until at least 7 days later.
   
•  If you wake up sick in the morning of the day when you have your lesson and let us know about it with less than 24 hours notice, we will forfeit half of your lesson price. We cannot make another booking until at least 7 days later.
  
  
• If you attend your driving lesson when you are sick, we will cancel your lesson on the spot and cannot refund you for that lesson.
  
  
• We cannot cancel your lesson just because you are nervous or called in to work, if you let us know with less than 24 hours notice.
  
  
• We can refund your lesson upon your request ONLY if you cancel your lesson with more than 24 hours notice. 
  
  
• When you book a lesson or any packages online, you pay a transaction fee. That fee does not go to us. If you ask for a refund, we cannot refund you the transaction fee. 
  
  
• If you are not within our service area and book a lesson with us, we will cancel your lessons and refund you. The online transaction fee won't be refunded.
  
  
• If we cancel your driving lesson from our side for any reason and you ask for a refund for that lesson, we will pay you the transaction fee for that lesson.
  
  
• The lesson time starts from the time when we pick you up and finishes when we drop you off to your location.
  
  
• With our lesson packages, you receive a discount. If you buy a package and do some lessons and decide to get a refund for the remaining lessons of the package, we calculate the lessons as individual lessons and refund you the remaining balance.
  
  
•  We do not cancel a lesson just because of the rain. If you are not comfortable with driving in the rain, you should check the weather forecast and in case it's raining on your lesson day, cancel your lesson with more than 24 hours notice. If you are afraid of rain and decide to cancel or reschedule your lesson with less than 24 hours notice, that will not happen.
  
  
• We encourage you not to avoid driving in the rain, because driving tests are not going to be cancelled due to rain. So you better have prior experience of driving in the rain, so you don't panic on your test day if it rains.
  
  
• If we get a torrential heavy rain on your lesson day when we find it too dangerous to drive, we will either call you or text you to cancel your lesson and reschedule it to another time that suits you.
  
  
• You are allowed to bring one more person with you to your driving lesson as your support if you need to.
  
  
• You are not allowed to bring any kids, babies or pets in our cars for your driving lesson.
  
  
• The requirement of taking driving lessons is to have a valid physical driver licence. If you have booked a lesson without a valid licence, cancel it immediately and ask for a refund. If you attend a lesson without a valid licence, we cannot proceed with the lesson and we cannot refund you for that lesson.

• We cannot use your car for the driving lessons if you still don't have good car control skills. 
  
  
• We can use your car for the driving lessons if you have good car control skills and a few years of driving experience. The price of the lesson is the usual price.
  
  
• We genuinely advise you if you are ready for the driving test and encourage you to book your test. 
  
  
• We cannot guarantee your success at the driving test as we cannot control other people’s nerves; and a lot of fails happen because people get nervous in their tests. However, we will teach you strategies to help you calm your nerves for the test. After all, we only want you to succeed at the first try. 
  
  
• If you decide to go for your driving test before we approve your readiness for the test, you are responsible for the outcome of your test. 
  
  
• Don’t stress over your lesson. Everything is going to be okay. Our lessons are all packed with valuable and useful information and tips for driving tests and safety on the road :)
